So one of my good friends and I finally went hopping for my Hallowen outfit today! It took us both forever to actually get up and go out, she was tired and getting ready and I was just playing Modern Warfare. So we went to two costume shops, Halloween Express and Halloween USA, then Plato's Closet(which I will definitely go back to), and then the mall! We entered through Belk's so she could find some dress pants b/c she had a gift card and everything, then on our way out into the rest of the mall, we saw the SHOES!!!
Omg, I finally understand why girls are so obsessed, they're Delicious!(actualy brand name )Then we started going trhough various shoe shops and stores. We entered Claire's which is a cute shop for accesories. I would have gotten some bows and makeup there but we were waiting till the very end to decide on what we wanted to get. We passed by Victoria's Secret and decided to look inside. They have so many scrumptious items in there! Very pricey though. I wanted some stuff so badly but I knew I couldn't afford it(my budget was about $100-120).
We noticed a sale on Panties though(5 for $25) so we decided to buy at least one pair b/c the dress I was going to wear was short and would show my tush if I bent over . So I pretended to be the awkward guy along for the ride while she whispered stuff to me like,"what kind of message do you want on your butt(b/c there were various messages like "Hands Off", "I like Boys", "I <3 Parties, etc.)" and "what size!". She was kinda uncomfortable with it too though b/c there were a few people around. I had to keep reminding her to look in the Mediums and Smalls and not the Large. Plus I had to remind her I could only really get away with Boyshorts. Eventually we setled on Pink boyshorts(size S) with glittery polka dots on them.
And then came Charlotte Russe <3
That store is amazing. It's cheap and has so much stuff. I got a Pink Bustier(w/ a matching thong), very cute high heels( 5 inches!!!!), another pair of flats for my friend since we got a student discount and the 2nd pair was only $10, and some fun moments.
Spencer's was next and we were running out of time since she wanted to go clubbing afterwards. We got some fishnet gloves and fishnet stockings there long with some fake eyelashes. We thought there was a wig shop( with the real human hair not just the costume ones0 but we couldn't find one so I am w/o a wig and sufficient makeup right now.
So overall this day was exciting
